The quiz is over. The good answer is Forcing. South is looking for North’s major. North, through the 2♥️ bid, is showing 4 cards in Spades and not in Hearts because if South also had 4 cards in Spades, the spade contract would be played by the right hand. Indeed, as North doesn’t have the stopper in Clubs, it is not good for him to play the contract.
