We hope you enjoy reading it! 🥰

The highlights of 2024
Team Funbridge has taken part in more than 15 events around the world. Here’s a summary of their playing record.
New ambassador
This year, we were delighted to welcome to our team the youngest ACBL Grand Life Master, multiple-time world champion and winner of several North American titles: Zack Grossack. This allows us to offer you new points of view and analyses.
Enhancements
Multiplayer mode
Funbridge has improved the multiplayer experience. Now you can challenge your friends more easily, enjoy optimised messaging for real-time conversations and play smoother games with better player drop-out management. Played too fast? You can now undo your last action.
A new look for detailed analysis
At the end of each game, Premium+ subscribers can access the key points of their play at a glance. Compare your performance with the best players, identify your mistakes more easily and get better advice on how to improve. Turn every deal into an opportunity to learn and progress!

Bridge Points made their debut!
Bridge Points made their debut on 1 November. This brand new points system rewards your consistency and performance in tournaments. The more you play and the better your results, the more Bridge Points you earn to climb up the rankings and prove your level to the community.
With 60 levels and 15 titles, from Beginner to Grand Master, every player can now assert their level. Three ranking lists are available: Live (BPs accumulated in the top 50 tournaments over the last 365 days), Monthly (BPs accumulated over one month) and Yearly (BPs accumulated over the calendar year).

Some exceptional events!
The year 2024 was punctuated by new tournaments: Pre-empt Madness, David vs Goliath, Mirror-Mirror and the Pyramids tournament.
Several events were organised in partnership with bridge federations, such as the NBF Christmas Knockout Tournament and the AEB Cup.

Very interesting!
Indeed! Congrats!
Wow!
It is about two years since I joined funbridge. I am still in dark about how Argine bids after a strong 2C opening. I am still in dark about the opening lead from AK. Funbridge help is mostly available for non-bridge issues.
All the ambassadors and the experts above are doing their own thing; marketing, or teaching, or celebrating. None seems to be a part of the help team.
All in all, a frustrating experience when it comes to the more subtle aspects of the game.
All the same, the games are fast, the robots are decent, and the types of games available is quite large, enough to satisfy every taste. All in all, I would rate the experience 85/100.
Indeed Argine makes some questionable bids (defying the associated explanation), and reporting the bid was never addressed. (Room for improvement from Funbridge admin)
Having played online bridge for over 25 years and looking at the number of message sent 1,776,406 with 348332 players, an average of 5 messages per player per year, one can see how the sociability is inexistent.
I thoroughly enjoy the tournaments but sometimes I wish that the tournaments are shorter.
Thank you for your annual overview. I agree with “real_panja”. The play of the hand is a lot of fun. However, bidding with our own system is very limited. E.g., options for 2 over 1 are hardly available. A greater selection of bidding systems would certainly be helpful so that the use of Funbridge is not limited to just the play of the hand.
