How can something be both invitational AND forcing. Opener could have a minimum opener, say AKxxx, Jx, Kxxx, xx. Most is open that one spade and whether the 1NT response was 6-10, forcing or semi-forcing, 3H should be invitational. Responder has denied 12 points, by not bidding 2H over 1S. Thus responder might have xx, AQxxx, Qxxx, Qx. This would be a reasonable invitational hand and opener should pass.
