How to install the new Funbridge version?

If you are facing problems with the automatic update of your Funbridge software, we invite you to try the following solutions:

1st solution: relaunch Funbridge.

The download of the new version should start automatically.

How to install Funbridge once you have downloaded it via our Internet website?

  • You use the Internet Explorer browser:

Click the “Download the application” button on our Internet website. A message will pop up at the bottom of your screen, asking you if you want to “run or save the FBFR291CGMC3.EXE file”. Click Run.

Once the file is downloaded, Windows may display a “user account control” message. Click Yes. Installation will then start.

  • You use the Google Chrome Internet browser:

Click the “Download the application” button on our Internet website. A progression bar will be displayed at the bottom of your screen: the Funbridge software is being downloaded (under the name of FBFR291CGMC3.EXE).

Once the file is downloaded, just click on it to launch the installation. Windows may display a “user account control” message. Click Yes. Installation will then start.

  • You use the Mozilla Firefox Internet browser:

Click the “Download the application” button on our Internet website. A small window entitled “Opening of FBFR291CGMC3.EXE” will pop up. Click “Save the file”.

Once the file is saved, press CTRL+J simultaneously in order to locate it on your computer. A new window with your file in the top row will pop up. Double-click on it to launch the installation.

Your computer may ask you if you want to “launch FBFR291CGMC3.EXE”. Click OK.

Windows may display a “user account control” message. Click Yes. Installation will then start.

  1. Our screen name, jonti123, has been changed without our knowledge to patsy123 . Consequently, we are unable to access our account as the password also seems to have changed. Can you please restore our original screen name and password.
