{"id":12760,"date":"2019-03-12T15:46:22","date_gmt":"2019-03-12T13:46:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/funbridge.com\/blog\/?p=2731"},"modified":"2021-02-10T14:04:14","modified_gmt":"2021-02-10T12:04:14","slug":"the-wbf-funbridge-robot-tournaments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/funbridge.com\/blog\/en\/the-wbf-funbridge-robot-tournaments\/","title":{"rendered":"The WBF FunBridge Robot Tournaments"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>As these Robot tournaments gather momentum, with more and more players participating, not only is it possible to display new ranking lists \u2013 month by month, year by year, even all time, but we are also able to announce some really exciting prizes ! <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/funbridge.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/19.03.12_WBF_en.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2732\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At\nthe end of 2019 the leading three players in the 2019 overall ranking,\ndetermined on their best results achieved over a minimum of 100 tournaments\nwill be invited to participate in the 2020 World Championships with a partner\nof their choice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These three players will receive free entry\nto whichever of the four National Pairs Championships** they wish to\nparticipate in \u2013 the National Open, Women\u2019s, Seniors or Mixed Pairs &nbsp;plus bed and breakfast accommodation in a\ntwin\/double room for themselves and their partner for the duration of the Pairs\nChampionship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And as if that isn\u2019t enough, there will be competitions\nwith 3 times 1000\u20ac prizes for the best play, bidding and defence presented to\nthe player concerned and also to the Journalist reporting the hand and\npublishing it in the IPBA Bulletin or other publication \u2013 the player should\nsend the details about the bidding, play and defence to the journalist of his\nchoice, noting the hand number, the day of the tournament and whether it was\nMPs or IMPs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To play in these fun, enjoyable Robot Tournaments, <\/strong>just go to <a href=\"https:\/\/funbridge.com\/\">https:\/\/funbridge.com\/<\/a> and download the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ranking lists can be found at : <a href=\"http:\/\/robot.wbfmasterpoints.com\/\"><strong>http:\/\/robot.wbfmasterpoints.com\/<\/strong><\/a>\nand these give details of the titles achieved and the master point awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you played an exceptional board?
