But if you play a &#x2660; to the 10 and then a &#x2665; towards the King, the opponents will have no problem finding the trump return, which will inexorably lead to you conceding four tricks (three &#x2665; and a &#x2666;). If you assume that the Ace of &#x2665; is with East, <strong>there are strong chances of the Ace of &#x2666; being with Opener<\/strong>. Therefore, it is possible to cross to the dummy in &#x2666; without wasting a trump. <strong>Yet if you play the King of &#x2666;, West will win the Ace<\/strong>, return a trump and the opposing side will be able to play two rounds of trumps, preventing you from ruffing even one heart in the dummy. <strong>The solution is smart. Play a small &#x2666; away from the King. <\/strong>If West wins, you have ten tricks as, thanks to the 10 of &#x2660; entry, you will make seven &#x2660;, two &#x2666; and a &#x2665;. If West does not go up with the Ace of &#x2666;, win with the Queen and play a &#x2665; towards the King.
