Le<strong> jetlag<\/strong> ajoute de la fatigue. <strong>Alain L\u00e9vy<\/strong>, triple champion du monde, se souvient : \u00abOn est souvent all\u00e9 jouer en Chine. <strong>On arrivait toujours quelques jours avant<\/strong>, le temps de prendre nos marques, d\u2019encaisser le d\u00e9calage horaire.\u00bb Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de la comp\u00e9tition aussi, il est important de garder une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie. <strong>\u00abPour moi, un d\u00eener sans vin n\u2019est pas un d\u00eener. Mais pendant la comp\u00e9tition, interdit de boire !\u00bb<\/strong>, reconna\u00eet le joueur qui d\u00e9clare \u00abentrer en religion\u00bb quand le tournoi commence. <strong>M\u00eame heure de coucher, m\u00eame heure de lever<\/strong>, toujours <strong>le m\u00eame petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/strong> et, avant d\u2019aller jouer,<strong> une longue marche ressour\u00e7ante<\/strong>, pour cet habitu\u00e9 des championnats. Des rituels qui lui permettent de rester dans sa bulle. \u00abSi ma femme vient, elle sait que je ne lui parlerai pas\u00bb, avertit-il, \u00abje dois rester focus sur le bridge, et rien d\u2019autre.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Baptiste Combescure <\/strong>a besoin, lui, de<strong> faire des coupures<\/strong> pendant le championnat, de penser \u00e0 autre chose que le bridge.
