You will easily find a thirteenth trick by using a dummy reversal: Ace of &#x2663;, &#x2665; to the 9, &#x2663; ruffed with the King of &#x2665;, &#x2665; to the Jack, &#x2663; ruffed with the Ace of &#x2665;, &#x2666; to the Queen, &#x2663; ruffed, &#x2660; to the King, Queen of &#x2665; to draw the last trump (discard the 5 of &#x2660;) and, finally, the three master &#x2666;. You only need a 3-2 trump break. You therefore start by playing as indicated above but, on Trick Four, East discards a &#x2663;. You still have a safety net: West holding, as well as his four trumps, four cards in &#x2666; and at least two cards in &#x2660;.
